The Copper Sculpture mail boxes and posts are the officially recommended mail box for all of Olde Vineyard.
Contact the HOA for other approved options. No plain pole round metal posts are permitted. All mail boxes and posts should be painted black.
Benefits of the Homeowners Association
- Management and payment for ongoing lawn and shrubbery care at our entrance. This includes all fencing and regular grass cutting along fences.
- Covenant management and enforcement.
- Coordination with the City to protect and enhance Olde Vineyard.
- Installation and management of custom street signs.
Annual mail invoices are sent to all homeowners for payment of HOA annual fees. Thank you.
A Covenanted Neighborhood
We know you are interested in a home which maintains its value in a neighborhood where the quality of life is good for you and your family. All home owners in Olde Vineyard are automatically members of the Home Owners Association and benefit from the activities of the association. HOA member annual dues are $100. This represents tremendous value to individual homeowners. We welcome your involvement with the Olde Vineyard HOA!

HOA Annual Fee Amount: $100
Due October 1st, Annually
Beginning October 1, 2025, late payment after November 31 will result in penalty late fees being assessed to owner HOA accounts at the rate of 10% per month until paid. All annual fees and penalty fees are legally binding and due in full.
