All residents of Olde Vineyard are responsible for knowing and abiding by the binding Covenants of Olde Vineyard. Residents should always feel free to contact the HOA with any questions. Any and all planned exterior changes by homeowners should be submitted in writing for approval by the HOA Architectural Review Committee. Along with our Covenants, a residents checklist and request form for renovation and construction may be found below for downloading and printing.
Olde Vineyard Homeowner Covenants
To ensure Covenant compatibility, please contact the HOA for approval regarding outside changes to the home, updates, repairs or additions. Failure to do so may result in fines and penalties.
Homeowners do not need to contact the HOA regarding outside work when maintaining, painting, or replacing roofs with the same materials and colors.

In addition to contacting the HOA regarding outside changes in your home, owners should contact the City of Clinton Community Development office to be sure all plans are within the City of Clinton homeowner codes and requirements.
